The Future of
Construction is digital
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?
We start from the beginning
The construction industry is incredibly diverse, involving a wide range of stakeholders, each with their own unique perspective and internal processes. However, a common challenge across the board is the need to streamline data flow between process steps. Throughout our work we’ve engaged with a multitude of stakeholders to address this challenge.
How it works
Our implementation framework:
PROCESS ANALYSIS
We utilize recognized standards like IDEF0 and BPM to create AS-IS diagrams of our clients’ processes and identify bottlenecks. Subsequently, we develop TO-BE diagrams that outline suggested improvements, specifying inputs, outputs, mechanisms, and controls for each stage. This approach enables us to clearly identify areas for optimization and implement effective solutions.
INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
To facilitate effective communication among all parties, we define information requirements according to pertinent international standards such as ISO 55000, ISO 19650, and ISO 81346. This ensures seamless interaction and consistency throughout the process.

BIM IMPLEMENTATION
Building Information Modeling (BIM) serves as the cornerstone of a successful digital workflow in the construction industry. Our BIM services include education, content creation, and coordination, enabling seamless introduction of BIM regardless of the starting point.
BIM SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT
In collaboration with more proficient BIM clients, we conduct a thorough analysis to identify areas within their workflows suitable for automation. We provide desktop-based solutions such as Dynamo, Inventor and Revit automation, as well as web-based technologies such as Speckle and AECOsystem.
